Hiring for Operations Lead!

We’re looking for a full-time Operations Lead to support our team in East Legon, Accra. This role is based at a physical site and is ideal for someone who is highly organised, solution-oriented, and passionate about building operational systems that allow teams to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day operational processes that keep the business working smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) across Sales and Marketing functions.
• Maintain and update operational tools, logs, and platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Google Sheets).
• Produce regular operational reports for management, including error logs and workflow insights.
• Supervise shop presentation, opening/closing checklists, and store readiness.
• Coordinate with the Sales Associate and Marketing team to ensure order readiness and customer satisfaction.  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred); relevant experience will be strongly considered.
• Demonstrated experience in operations, logistics, retail coordination, or related administrative roles.
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools 
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently and proactively
• Passion for fashion, brand presentation, and customer experience.
