PAYMENT

All payments are processed with our payment partner, Paystack.

 

PICK UP

Our store is open from 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday and 09:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday. Orders are typically ready for pickup within one hours of confirmation.

Kindly have your order number ready when picking up. Your order number, beginning with #MS, will be provided once you complete your order.

To ensure a smooth experience, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram DM before setting off to pick up your order.

DELIVERY

Within Greater Accra Region:

Orders made before 11am are delivered on the same day. Otherwise, they are typically delivered on the following working day.

You will be contacted once your order is out for delivery. Orders are typically delivered within 10 am and 5 pm on Mondays through Saturdays. 

Please stay by your phone and notify us of any changes in your location or contact number. If we're unable to reach you upon reaching your destination, there will be a 5-minute waiting period. After that, your order will be re-scheduled for delivery once we hear back from you. Kindly note that this will come at an additional fee. 

Outside Greater Accra Region:

Deliveries outside Greater Accra are made exclusively using Fedex. Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 working days.
