Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@mesaghana.com with details of your return as well as your order number and a phone number you prefer we contact you on. Please note that a dispatch will be arranged to pick up the package from you and deliver a replacement, where necessary. Otherwise, a refund will be sent to the phone number provided via a mobile money payment.
