Hiring for Sales Representative!

We’re looking for a full-time sales rep to join our team in Accra. This role is based at a physical site and is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organised, polite, and patient, with a genuine interest in fashion and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle in-store customer inquiries, provide product information, and complete purchases.
• Manage sales orders, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking from purchase to delivery.
• Track sales and customer feedback to help improve store performance.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and customers, tracking follow-ups and building relationships.
• Identify new sales opportunities and assist in exploring emerging markets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to help promote new arrivals and bestsellers online.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
• Knowledge in retail or sales (preferred).
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools for order processing and communication.
• Passion for fashion and an eye for stylish presentation.
• Attention to detail
